Tonight at 11:15 I got a notification saying they attempted delivery at 6:15 pm but "customer wasn't available". Total bullshit. I was on my couch, ten feet from the front door. They're supposedly going to attempt to deliver again tomorrow but I have shit to do and can't sit around for the third day in a row.

voicemail update: Three different specialists have looked into it and they can't figure out wtf is going on. The latest update is that the voicemail team is being called in to look at the server logs.

We had a problem with our Hyundai once to which nobody could figure out the solution. It got so bad that Hyundai flew an engineer to Virginia from Korea to look at it.

So a credit card of mine was stolen somehow along with my online account login info. Someone in India made a ton of charges, then logged into my account online to set up a payment from my checking account, and then ordered more shit. All in India. You'd think the fucking bank would have noticed. Nope, in fact I also learned that Citi's passwords are not case-sensitive. What shit show.
