7 benefits of cold showers!

No idea about some of those, but I have noticed that it definitely makes me more alert, and improves my focus and overall mood to start the day. Try it for a week.

I started doing this a while back and ran into an unexpected problem. My hot water usage declined to the point that sulphur-smelling anaerobic bacteria gained a foothold in my water heater.

Anyone have a cure all to stinky garbage disposal? We hardly put anything down it, but yikes is can kick of a ferocious odor when the dish washer drains.

first shower of the day hot, very hot. i don't care if it's 115 out there, my body does not function until i get a borderline burning hot shower. my evening shower has to be cold. this is my regimen so i can basically walk and sleep without pain, each and every day. i've been doing this since my early 20's.
