I'm not sure that's true. A quick search he has called DiNero and Jennifer Rubin low iq. He has pretty much called everyone dumb. It's one of his go to insults. Come, Clapper, etc etc.

We're really giving this dude the benefit of the doubt? Google 'trump low iq' and it's all Maxine Waters stuff. He calls a black interviewer and black interviewee dumb. He's called don lemon the dumbest man on television multiple times. You're right in that he also saves dumb for a lot of women. So he's sexist too!

Yes, saying two black people are dumb in and of itself is not always racist. Coming from a person with a long line of racist words and actions, it's racist.

I have a friend who has been a citizen for approximately 20 years. He asked me if presidents have ever done these rally things so frequently. I explained that there are plenty of examples we could come up with of presidents being on the stump, but it was pretty hard to defend to Rally's in one week much less a third. We then had to have a laugh because in theory these rallies are supposed to be supporting candidates, but they're always mostly about Donald.

Cal you are right that he called a lot of white people dumb. It seems he now uses it mostly for black people (since election). I guess that's more what I was feeling/seeing but didn't say it outright. He's fully embraced the racism that's propelled him to the presidency.
