From a US standpoint, that is an unfortunately named political party.

It has also been the ruling party basically since democracy started there, with a very brief interlude from the Democratic Party which I think has changed since it lost power

The return of the funds to pay off the HELOC is not going to fly. It just makes dumb seem dumber, and that cannot happen. Someone will find a way to take care of Cohn's stupidity. My bet is a fake client that he bills for services rendered.
OTOH, you have to be impressed that while Trump was at the 'I'm like Steel, and steel is The-Real-Deal, oh and some guy named rick" WWE fluffer on Saturday that he did not confirm the affair, or even go further by outing some other affairs with skinlebrities, in braggadocios fashion. He was all frothy, so it was almost likely. Maybe he had on a shock collar.

I think she has to pay 1 million for each time she breaks the contract, but I guess she wouldn't have to pay that if she got him to void the contract. No way that happens.
She (or her lawyer) really is being cunning with all of this. They are basically outing trump without breaking the contract. The whole thing stays in the news and she gets to continue profiting from the affair.

By the way, I find it satisfying knowing that Trump has built his whole business model on his name brand and that brand is going to be absolute shit. I don't know what will happen with all this russia stuff in the present because the GOP is a russian cuck organization, but I feel pretty confident that history will be VERY unkind to everyone involved.
