Miccarelli literally can't come to the capitol because he'd violate the PFA another legislator has out against him:
State Rep. Nick Miccarelli will not be in Harrisburg on Monday as the House of Representatives returns to the Capitol for the start the spring legislative session.

A spokesman for the five-term Delaware County Republican House member issued a statement to PennLive on Sunday saying the legislator plans to be in his district office instead, but not by choice.

He is complying with the terms of a temporary protection from abuse order issued by a Luzerne County judge against Miccarelli on Friday. It bars him from being around or having contact with Rep. Tarah Toohil, R-Luzerne County, who sought the order. It also bars him from possessing firearms. Toohil said he has carried a weapon on the House floor, which is permitted.

The Dauphin County District Attorney's office has confirmed it is investigating the allegations of abusive and assaultive behavior that Toohil and another woman, who also dated Miccarelli, have raised. The DA's involvement arose out of a complaint that the women filed on Feb. 8 with the House of Representatives claiming Miccarelli violated the chamber's workplace harassment policy.

In the midst of the House inquiry into those allegations, all eight House Republican leaders called on Miccarelli to resign as did Gov. Tom Wolf and some House Democrats.

Miccarelli has refused to do so and his spokesman said the lawmaker has done nothing wrong "and will continue to fight these outrageous and baseless allegations against him."

As I said upthread, she is who she was. She is singularly focused on this mission to promote private school education, and access public funds to pay for it. It is a huge amount of money, and she can't help herself to keep her hands to herself, and to keep her friends hands off it. She has, and probable still is, invested in this scheme. It is so terribly unfortunate that the wealthy have to pay for their kids to go to private school. Just some shameful shit, but FFS it is a choice you make. It was a choice I made for a while with my kids, and I never expected anyone to pay a dime so I could exit a school in favor of another. If want to drink a decent beer with dinner I am not getting it for free because water and ice is available at no cost. There are options, and options come with opportunity costs, if I am to believe my 4th grade teacher of a rural public school.

So she is a POS, was known to be a POS, and that POS was confirmed. Sure Pence had to use his wet mouth to do it, but it was done. Blame is 110% available.

Heard a sound bite from Stormy, she was boasting that she is being paid quadruple for her personal appearances, and said who would turn their back on that type of coin for the same job she has already been doing. Cha-ching. lol

WRT the payment and federal campaign finance law, it would be so deliciously awesome for her to write the check to reimburse the campaign.

It's pretty obvious to me that the Republican agenda is to get rid of public schools. What's happening in Oklahoma is a feature, not a bug.

You've got this guy for instance charting the future:

https://press.princeton.edu/titles/11225.html

And just remember, it's the Econ department at George Mason that is also rather hostile to the idea of free and fair elections and would rather turn over public policy to, um, economists at George Mason.

Add to the fun--Heritage has a freedom index. Top winner--Hong Kong. That's right, Hong Kong, part of the People's Republic of China. #2 is Singapore, a place of great economic freedom, unless of course economic freedom means the buying or selling of chewing gum. And of course, both of these places lack anything resembling democracy.

Word on the street is that Stormy says Trump likes women to be bad to him in bed, maybe even denigrating.

Congress is basically a joke at this point. Are they really a check on the executive anymore? They vote overwhelmingly to impose sanctions on Russia and Trump flat out ignores it...no enforcement mechanism and Trump knows they won’t do anything.

Remember after the “shithole” comments about Haiti and numerous members of Congress indicated they would censure him? What the hell happened to that? So disheartening.

Sure, the IC says there was undue influence, but there is not anything about collusion coming from that group, at least publicly. They skate around that the attacks were Clinton focused to make her lose, but that is not the point. This is word play, at the moment, because the GOP side of the committee is throwing chaff to dissuade following the trail. This mess is only part about what Team Trump had a hand in, not how it benefited, how they might have used those tactics to their advantage even if they were mere puppets, or how it happened. It is wrong headed, and frankly stupid, to go all cap about something that has not really been the focus, except as the rallying cry from the WH, and through Devin Nunes.

This is not a setback to the real investigation aside from another ham handed attempt to neuter the special council and its inevitable finding of direct influence and favoritism because the Russians have something, and probably lots of somethings on Trump & Co from money laundering through whatever happens in Russia ends up on archive extortion video.

Imagine how lucky it was that they put a little bacon in the deal for a sad semi-celeb only to have that moron have the opportunity to get elected president. Dumb fucking luck.
