Pocahontas, pedos, polls, prosecutors, and pun-free politics

NPR interview with Paul Ryan has this gem in it: 'I don't know' if there's a difference between Trump and Moore accusers"

But then the back track: When asked what the difference between Moore and Trump he said he is “focused on Congress.”

As opposed to Moore being focused on teenaged girls?

That is the whole hilarious thread between Roy Moore and his little gun, and Jimmy Kimmel offering to meet him at the mall to duke it out.

THIS JUST IN: The justice department might get involved in the Kate Steinle Case!

OMG, what terrible televised running man thing might happen next? The plan might be to bring federal charges. It has to start with getting the charging right. Murder will not stick due to intent (see what TV taught me), but what else? Some type of manslaughter?

Read a decent article on the case. Prosecutor pushed too hard and it was relatively easy for the defense to raise reasonable doubt on murder 1.

Simple does not meet the sniff test for murder. Premeditation is the bar. This idiot did not premeditate anything about killing the woman. So it has to take a different path. Maybe CA is different, but my exposure to not being able to avoid jury duty we had all the criminal options on the table starting at the highest charge brought. It was painful. I am not sure if that is a VA requirement, of if all those charges were brought as a pick'em.

Premeditation is only required for murder 1. You can still kill with intent without premeditation and have it be murder 2.

The prosecutor in this case chose to go with murder 1 and that he aimed the gun at her and fired. Except...the bullet ricocheted (off the ground?).

Ted Cruz says Moore should be welcomed into the Senate but Franken must go

You nailed it! Flynn knows about crooked hil! Its all coming together! Now let have some pizza and ping-pong.

Since I am on this jag, you could imagine that Moore's first meal after he is sworn in should be at Comet Ping-Pong. I mean he is just curious.

Who could've possibly thought hiring Mike Flynn for NSA would've been a bad idea?
