Its disgraceful that Trump slams not guilty verdict in Kate Steinle trial 'Disgraceful'. Certainly it is tragic for Ms. Steinle family, friends, and community, and certainly there is a problem that Jose Ines Garcia Zarate seems to manage to return to the US at will, but there is a legal definition of murder, and this situation was proven to not meet it. Because of Zarate carelessness, and rank stupidity he was charged with what fit. murder seemed like an incredibly stupid charge to bring given that the bullet richocheted. DA fucked up. this guy also is legitimately mentally ill with the understanding of a second grader.
