I think its been 4 thread generations where we are trading on this theme. Cruz wins big if Moore is elected. Since Cruz stumped for him, what is his opinion of this #$!&@ show now?"These are serious and troubling allegations," Cruz said in a statement. "If they are true, Judge Moore should immediately withdraw. However, we need to know the truth, and Judge Moore has the right to respond to these accusations."
Meanwhile back at possibly the literal ranch, Democratic challenger Rep. Beto O'Rourke blasted Cruz in a fundraising email for supporting Roy Moore.
He did response, Senator Cruz, and instead of denying the accusations, he left a hole through which you could drive a truck.
I am admittedly a simple man but it seems like if you didn't do something, particularly of this magnitude, you would just say that you didn't do it. I feel like the correct response would be "No, I absolutely never sexually assaulted anyone, let alone a 14-year old girl" not "Well, dating a 14-year old would not be my customary behavior" or "No, I did not generally date teenagers". Those responses are essentially "its possible" and if its possible that Moore tried to get with a 14-year old that should be all anybody needs to know in terms of his political career.
