mccain going on about process and stuff, wants lots of hearings/debate/amendments etc. hopefully thats a sign of good things to come with respect to his vote.

R's have been sandbagging it. They'll pass a bunch of (bad) stuff leading up to the mid-terms. People will think, "Hey, the R's are really getting stuff done." By the time they figure out what the bills are actually doing, they'll have already voted for their local R in the mid-terms.
