Imagine the wipeout if Labour had someone other than Jeremy Corbyn as their head.

She never would have called the election in the first place, but yeah.

As a comment on the coverage, I cannot understand the specificity with which they're treating this exit poll. They're showing individual seats flipping. It's a poll of 30k people so an average of 46 per constituency. I understand you can model shit, but good lord.

It seems both the Conservatives and Labour think the exit poll is off. I don't speak British English so can't tell if the Labour folks saying it is out 15 seats means it is shorting them or giving them too much credit.

If Labour says it's out 15 then it means it's shorting them by 15. They wouldn't make a comment like that unless it was benefiting them.

Incredible job by the exit polls. Looks like the Tories will be a tick above them and they'll be able to eek out a minority government or enter into a formal coalition with the DUP, the unionist party from Northern Ireland. But overall astonishingly accurate.

Time for BORIS

Such a strange spin for them to claim the testimony was vindicating.

It was so sad that it was breaking news on the radio station when I was shaving this morning that Trump tweeted. The world I live in now is breaking news because of a tweet.

IT'S ALL LIES; also, i was completely vindicated because of this testimony!

AND, Comey is a big liar, which means he himself committed perjury yesterday!

whoops
an article from 2012 where Governor Brownback looks like a complete fool:
“We’re going to move this forward and make it work and take care of our fundamental services,” said Brownback, whose original plan for cutting taxes did more to pay for itself.

“There is nothing that is absolute,” said Alan Cobb of Americans for Prosperity. “(But) is it any more of a gamble than what we were doing before? We had high tax burdens and high spending, and we had some of the best roads in America and, guess what, people were leaving Kansas to pursue economic opportunities elsewhere.”

and now we'll attempt a version of this on a national level
