Not just drive less or and generally living more like Bucky, but also eating less meat among other measures.
Most are not prepared to properly do the latter to the extent that it would actually make a big enough of a dent.
To an extent then, they aren't much better than the trumpies who also are unwilling to contemplate the substantial sacrifices it will take to even begin to make a dent. Your hamburger isnt really any better than some redneck's truck that blows coal.
Probably none of us are. A lot of these suburban families who believe in climate change are still driving big SUVs and heat their homes with oil. And eating meat? Good luck with that one in this country. The USA probably leads the world in unsustainability
Not only that, those suburban homes are growing larger and larger. And that's why Trump pulled out of the Paris accord. Almost no one actually wants to do the things that will need to be done if we're going to actually have an impact on climate change. There aren't any votes in asking for sacrifice.
I think environmental groups should be calling for "meatless fridays" or something like that. I obviously don't think we can make these changes all at once, but we certainly should be able to make small changes and gradually work up to reducing our impact on the environment.

Former FBI Director James Comey will have the nation captivated next Thursday when he testifies before a Senate panel about the stunning accusations that President Donald Trump pressured him to end his investigation into his former national security adviser's ties to Russia. But can Trump stop Comey from talking?
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said Friday that "the President will make that decision," raising the prospect that the White House may try to invoke executive privilege over Comey's conversations with Trump. White House press secretary Sean Spicer said later Friday the decision by the White House counsel's office hasn't been made yet."
Didn't somebody once say something about not needing immunity if you haven't done anything wrong? What about the need to gag a former employee to keep him from talking?
