There are more ugly numbers from the specific questions as you can review here in this article about why impeachment is unlikely at best.
That number is hard to get my head around, but it also serves as a reminder that I live in a bubble.
Only saw it mentioned in a Twitter notification/haven't dug into the poll numbers, but Trump is apparently losing support on the higher limits. That means, there was a drop off from those who "strongly support" to just "support." (Or whatever terminology the poll used... I'll try and find the tweet again).

Intensity of support is eroding. In general you're not gonna go from strongly supporting someone to opposing them. There is a transition to soft support before you move to opposition.
And also with all public opinion stuff it's always worth remembering most people don't spend all day on Twitter or following the news. They catch snippets here and there talking to friends or coworkers or flipping between NCIS and Real Housewives of wherever. It takes time to erode previously held beliefs, and even more time if you're not actively consuming news that might cause you to update your opinions.
Interesting. I would've thought Trump supporters were more of the Swamp People or Storage Wars types.
I'd bet many in Trump's base watch an awful lot of CBS
in everyone's base. they're popular shows! my wife likes all those procedurals and i wouldn't call her a Trumpeter. it's easily consumable television, no different than me being interested in late night shows.
