I guarantee that he doesn't tip 90% of the time because he owns the restaurant/club. I worked (briefly) for a restaurant owner like that. He'd comp his family's table, then stiff the waiter who'd been serving them.

This is the man who will be the swing vote on workers' rights - and damn near all of us are workers - in this country.

Oh yes, and to make his point, he argued that the wording of the relevant statute SHOULD have read "drive" and not operate, for which he was chided for legislating from the bench by his fellow justices.

So he isn't even a strict constructionist conservative, at least not if it interferes with management's infinite right to use and abuse its workers.

He is qualified to write rules for the wealthy and by the wealthy - and that's about it. He's a piece of shit.
