That's a fair point. Also, I'll re-iterate that we should all be hoping that all the other Justices stay in good health and remain on the bench until 2020 if there is no Democratic majority in 2018.

H1B visas got harder to get today. Better get coal miners and unemployed HS school grads to thier keyboards. But coal is taking off!

So I wonder if H2B visas that Trump gets by the hundreds to staff his Clubs is effected. He did say I was hard to find good employees, and got over 60 for Mara-la-go alone last year. Those are jobs his voters could use.
