caught The Void last night, I think mostly because I loved the posters: http://gravillisinc.com/theatrical/the-void/

first half was great, lots of wild imagery, shared motifs with Carpenter and Barker. it remained interesting and suspenseful but the script and story kinda fell apart for me down the stretch

He's always been a great actor. Never understood why he never got many roles the last 15 or so years. Viola Davis was excellent.
