Wrong. No offense to you, though.

"It turns out his organization seems to do a lot of these organizing to some of the protests that these Republicans are seeing around the country against you. Do you believe President Obama is behind it and if he is, is that a violation of the so-called unsaid presidents' code?" Trump was asked.

Yeah
President Donald Trump acknowledges that there remains hundreds of unfilled jobs in his administration, but says "they're unnecessary to have."
In an interview with Fox News Channel's "Fox & Friends" that aired Tuesday, Trump says he has no intention of filling many of the open positions.
He says, "I say, 'What do all these people do?' You don't need all those jobs."
Trump also says that some are looking to criticize him for eliminating those positions, but he adds, "That's not a bad thing. That's a good thing. We're running a very good, efficient government."

"The stock market has been pricing in a pretty optimistic scenario about what policy changes under a Trump administration will look like," said David Kelly, chief global strategist at JPMorgan Funds.
John Silvia, chief economist at Wells Fargo, notes, too, that the Federal Reserve is likely craving more information as it wrestles with the timing of its future interest rate hikes.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in a television interview last week that the White House wants to focus on "middle income tax cuts." Yet the tax cuts Trump proposed during the campaign would benefit mainly wealthier Americans. Confusingly, Mnuchin had previously said that high-income Americans wouldn't get an "absolute tax cut" from Trump's plan.
Those contradictions suggest that the Trump campaign blueprint might be revamped. But so far, there have been few hints of how.
"It would be really helpful if we heard some details about whatever tax plan he's going to support," said Bob Baur, chief global economist at Principal Global Investors.
"If they spend the next several months dithering over this, then it means they aren't moving forward on tax reform or deregulation," said Megan Greene, chief economist at asset manager Manulife.

yeah, that's why he's not filling those positions! that's the ticket! it has nothing to do with people not wanting to work for him!

In an interview Sunday, Perez said he had big plans for Ellison as his deputy, including letting him run point on the party's grass-roots organizing efforts.
Perez also noted he wanted to make Ellison the "face of the Democratic Party."
