he signed a proclamation for a national day of patriotism, which will be September 11, 2017. I guess it replaces Patriot Day.

kinda weird. reviewing troops, with wifey & the Pences, standing somewhat forlornly all alone on the Capitol(?) steps . Looks like it's still raining,but no one attending them at all.
