a) if this gon be a general stand-up thread, can we change the title so i'll read it when i'm sober

b) that boot camp sounds like a joke but moreso it sounds like the idea behind The Comedians of Comedy, which is real and amazing

c) i'm sorry, pac, but ain't no fucking way Burr is as funny as Oswalt or Louis C.K. right now. and i like him, but i'd probably even put Aziz Ansari ahead of him. and i might put Hannibal Burress ahead of him. he tells jokes i could tell except he sounds kind of like Billy Corgan but he's redheaded instead of bald.

the above is a joke making fun of a 'comedy boot camp' where people pay 3k to do crap they could do at open mics for free.

i will disagree about Burr. the stuff he does on his podcast is beyond absurdly amazing

Check out the Marc Maron podcast episode with Dane Cook. Good stuff, as Cook (who I'm not a fan of) basically defends himself against some of the crap said about him
