so the saudi nationalist ran away from the blast, as did a lot of people (of course). someone else running away tackled him and turned him over to authorities because he was 'acting suspicious'. he's apparently being fully cooperative.

When you hear more accounts, including the medical people on the scene finding several body parts, ect. it's hard not to believe the death toll has to climb.
