Reviews are in and it has a 97% on Rotten Tomato. Why, cruel world, do we have to wait another day and a half?

I propose that the moratorium ends on Monday morning. There's no reason to have two Star Wars threads to be able to discuss the new movie. Seems like a full weekend is sufficient time to allow anyone who cares enough--yet still cares enough to feel compelled to post in this thread--to see the movie.

I can't see it until after Christmas. Please don't ruin it for me.

On a dark (side) note, would anybody be surprised if there are one or more theatres blown or shot up this weekend? Lots of people, low security. May the force be with all of you.

But you're for some reason compelled to post in the Star Wars thread?

Fine, start another thread--but this is stupid. I just don't get the insane burden that people heap on others to protect them from spoilers on the internet these days. This isn't your Twitter feed (which, BTW, will absolutely spoil you sometime over the next two weeks if you wait that long). If I haven't watched the latest GoT/Breaking Bad episode/season, then I stayed out of the GoT/Breaking Bad thread.

At some point though, there is an end date for this silliness. When is it... January? The DVD release date? The Rogue One release date?
