Lucas approached Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher about appearing in Episode VII. he said if they turned him down their characters would be written out of the script rather than re-cast

They also own Marvel Studios. I doubt they're going to market Black Widow or any other female character from that universe of movies as a Disney Princess.
