To Seattle: LHP Cliff Lee (PHI)

To Toronto: RHP Phillipe Aumont (SEA), OF Michael Taylor (PHI), C Travis d'Arnaud (PHI)

To Philadelphia: RHP Roy Halladay, RHP Juan Carlos Ramirez, OF Tyson Gillies, Cash
