Yes that's valuable

rotoworld:
Here's what we've learned so far: The Phillies will get Roy Halladay from the Blue Jays and will hand him a three-year, $60 million contract extension; The Blue Jays, in turn, will get D'Arnaud and outfielder Michael Taylor from the Phillies, and 20-year-old right-handed pitching prospect Phillippe Aumont from the Mariners; Seattle will wind up with Cliff Lee from the Phillies. This thing might not get sorted out until Tuesday or Wednesday, and we'll be sure to keep up with the details as they stream in. Stay tuned. Dec. 14 - 6:14 pm et

So in their world, Seattle is getting Cliff Lee for a guy the Mariners converted to the bullpen this year?

I'm inclined to think its like this:

To Seattle: LHP Cliff Lee (PHI)

To Toronto: RHP Phillipe Aumont (SEA), OF Michael Taylor (PHI), C Travis d'Arnaud (PHI)

To Philadelphia: RHP Roy Halladay, RHP Juan Carlos Ramirez, OF Tyson Gillies, Cash

3-60 extension from 2011-13 for Halladay would be ridiculously awesome work by Phils

he's replacement level and cheap, so I'm guessing yes.

I'm thinking you're onto something:

My Scratch Pad V8:

To SEA: Lee

To TOR: Aumont, Taylor, D'Arnaud, Pettibone

To PHI: Halladay + TOR Reliever + Morrow + Gillies + Cash

From Phillies perspective: Lee, Taylor, D'Arnaud, Pettibone

for

Halladay + TOR Reliever + Morrow + Gillies + Cash

Keep Blanton, Happ, Drabek & Brown.

2010 Rotation:

Halladay
Hamels
Blanton
Happ
Moyer/Kendrick

2011 Rotation:

Halladay
Hamels
Happ
Morrow
Drabek

But it still seems like Seattle's giving up a hell of a lot here. Aumont, Morrow and Gillies for one year of Lee?

If Halladay hits FA, the MLBPA would put him under a ton of pressure to sign with the highest bidding team, regardless of whether he wants to pitch there or not.

Gillies and Morrow would make this a resounding hell yeah. Better than the Lee deal last year.

Taylor, Aumont, D'Arnaud seems fair for Roy, given that he has tied TOR's hands completely

I don't see how the Phils don't get anything else but Halladay

Sounding like this is going to be close to what it is from Stark. Just don't think that is enough for Toronto.

But that raises the question of why we wouldn't just give them an equivalent of Aumont and take Halladay straight up.

 Some think M's giving up too much for Lee, others think too little. Sounds like a deal!
