Kyle Drabek-S- Phillies Dec. 14 - 8:56 pm et
Bob Elliott of the Toronto Sun has heard that RHP Kyle Drabek is involved in Monday's three-team blockbuster but not Mariners prospect Phillippe Aumont.
So, we're still waiting to hear what the M's are giving up to get Cliff Lee. Here's what we've gathered to this point: The Phillies will get Roy Halladay from the Blue Jays and will hand him a three-year, $60 million contract extension; The Blue Jays, in turn, will get Drabek, catcher Travis D'Arnaud and possibly outfielder Michael Taylor from the Phillies; Seattle will then wind up with Cliff Lee.

Brown said no one from the Phillies had called him as of 6:30 Monday night but that he had spoken to his agent, Scott Boras, earlier in the day looking for a potential update but there was none coming.
“I really don’t know what’s going on,” said Brown, who is in West Palm beach, Fla. “I’m just happy to be mentioned in this. Roy Halladay and Cliff Lee and I are mentioned in a deal. That’s really great. I want to play at Citizens Bank Park but things happen and this is a business.”
.
.
“A lot of people say that [they don’t want to trade us]. But like I said, this is a business. A guy with the stature of Roy Halladay, that’s a big-time name and I haven’t done anything yet. You never know what will happen. I was looking to be a Phillie and hopefully I will be a Phillie but this is business. I’m just not trying to get overwhelmed by the situation.”
.
.
“I had a great time [in the AFL] and a great experience but I didn’t do as well as I thought I should have,” Brown said. “I started off hot and I think I kind of just got tired at the end. That’s not going to happen to me again, getting tired. I’m going to work had and prepare myself this off-season.
“We’ll see what happens over the next few days with this trade.”
.
.
Travis d’Arnaud, who was also mentioned in one published report as being part of the deal, is also in the dark. He said he was playing golf when the news about the potential deal broke and that he has been told by several people about the situation. No one from the Phillies, however, has called him.
“I’m just kind of trying to figure out what’s going on,” said d’Arnaud, who was the 37th pick in the 2007 draft and is considered to be Philadelphia’s top catching prospect. “I’m pretty excited about it. Whatever gets me up there faster. If I can get up there faster with Toronto, then I am excited about it.
“I’m surprised and shocked about that this is going on. I just play ball and try to have fun. I don’t ever think about who is watching me.”

J.C. Ramirez could be one of the Mariners prospects on the move
