One time I ran 2 miles in under 15 minutes. I threw up a bunch.

Bolt is scheduled to run in New York at the Diamond League meet on Randalls Island on June 13th. It will be his first appearance in New York since he set the world record there back in 2008.

Hurt my calf a couple weeks ago. I was all signed up and everything. I did drop off some runners from the start then go down and watch the finish before bringing other runners home.

Bolt is probably running about 2:45 on NBC.
Ex-Giant RB David Wilson jumped high school distances in the triple jump.
Coverage of any race longer than 400m. continues to drive me up the wall, but I should be happy there's at least some track on tv, right?
There's even an NCAA Championship recap on espn2 at 5pm today.

He barely won but wasn't very fast. The announcer was talking like he was supposed to break 20 and he went 20.3 and afterwards Bolt was like "I don't know what the problem is, I have to figure it out."
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

A reminder that the World Track Championships are coming up August 22, and the Michelle Jenneke from Australia has qualified.

Usain bolt easily advances in the 100 m. at the World Championships, winning his heat in 9.96. Justin (Drugs) Gatlin of the US, though is the fastest qualifier at 9.83, while Trayvon Bromell of the US is not far behind at 9.91. Tyson (More Drugs) Gay also advanced for the US, as did Mike Rodgers. Asafa (Jamaican Drugs) Powell, also advanced.
