That has to be a best case scenario for some fans about Joerger. And it's also interesting, I saw an article that mentioned D'Antoni as a possible assistant to Nash in Brooklyn. Err, excuse me.. collaborative staff member.

Wonder how much of that was Morey wanting to hire Doc and how much it was Rockets ownership since this Morey exit sounds like it was in the works prior to the Clippers firing Doc.

And the Sixers really wanted Morey before hiring Brand. Not sure how much they'd let Brand stand in their way of hiring Morey if it comes to that.

About 4 years too late, as he would have been the spiritual successor to Hinkie. This process took a sharp left turn since then. I think Hosh Jarris has what he wants now for the direction of the build.

If he was magically available next season though, I'd tear it all down if the team flounders out, and put it all on him.
