If nothing else, Doc will clear out that overpopulated and undertalented front office shit show lol

i take it you're referring to the analytics department as that undertalented front office shit show?

I'm referring to the 'collaborative effort' crew, whatever that entails. Those that formulated the asinine plan that Elton carried out.

whether you like it or intended it to be or not... that is what it is. neither brand nor rivers are analytics friendly. probably a pain in the ass to them. i want BALANCE and someone who knows how to apply analytics in a useful way both in the front office and the court. really think cohen was a smart guy, but don't think brown really knew how to properly apply analytics. i still want a loud voice with regards to analytics within the sixers.

I'm sure they won't sweep out all of the 'computer folks'. And if Elton is indeed learning on the job then maybe he's coming around on progressive ideas. Doc as well.

I trust that Jo and Ben will continue to wreck shit regardless of who the coach is (while some coaches can probably get more out of them as a duo than others will). The biggest question between the two of them is whether Jo will be in good enough shape with the next biggest question being if Ben will shoot threes in games or not.

I think that if Tobi can play at an All Star level then we’ll be really freaking good. I’m good with Rivers if he can get Harris to where he needs to be.

If Doc's hiring leads to a further push of the "collaboration days" towards the door, so much the better.

Maybe they can keep Udoka around? If he's really the rising star he seems to be

Just looked at his wiki and didn’t remember how many huge trades cassell was in

-Drafted by rockets wins b2b ships
-96 - traded to suns with Robert Horry, Chucky Brown, and Mark Bryant, in exchange for Barkley
-later in 96 - traded to Mavs w Michael Finley, A. C. Green, and a second-round draft pick for Jason Kidd, Tony Dumas, and Loren Meyer
-later in 96 - traded to Nets with Chris Gatling, Jim Jackson, George McCloud, and Eric Montross for Shawn Bradley, Ed O'Bannon, Robert Pack, and Khalid Reeves - think O’Bannon was the main piece from nets side
-99 - traded in a three team, eight player trade that sent Stephon Marbury to the Nets, Terrell Brandon to Minnesota Timberwolves, and Cassell to the Milwaukee Bucks
-03 - traded along with Ervin Johnson to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for Joe Smith and Anthony Peeler
-05 - traded w a conditional first-round pick to the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for Marko Jarić and Lionel Chalmers (LOL)
-09 - traded from Cs to Kings in a paper transaction

I guess it’s because they’ve successfully killed their fan base but the TWolves don’t get enough credit for how long they’ve been terribly run. Basically since inception beyond the KG pick and that one good team they put around him.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

Wasn't he in charge of the defense? I am not sure he did a great job.

03-04 wolves were pretty sick after that cassell trade with sprewell and KG (that was cassell’s best year he made all NBA). But yeah decades of electrical fire around that
