People always lap up Butler's "I just want to win" schtick like it's unquestioned fact but always leaves out the part where it has to be done Jimmy's way.

i'd take JRich over Butler everyday of the week.
That said, i do believe in intangibles and jimmy brings those in spades. The lockeroom desperately needs a voice like his and if it isn't going to be a player it damn better well be the coach.
