Hale is a 30+ reliever that throws in the low 90s. Klentak certainly has a type.

Hale increased his K/9 this year from 5 to 10 because of a drastic increase in usage of his change-up. My concern is, is his change-up that good, or have scouting reports not caught up to this increased usage yet?
