Seattle has all of their top 14 prospects in their pool. The Barves have all of their top 12. The Fish have all of their top 11. Detroit has 13 of their top 16.

We have our top 2, just like the Pirates

if you go down in the comments, someone claims to have slown it down and says the foul ball actually just hits the ground near the batter and then bounces out to the ss, with the bat never contacting the ball. YMMV.
