i posted something to the extent of "its cool Phillies, I didnt want you to score any runs this series anyway."

He appeared glassy-eyed, would sweat easily, even in moderate temperatures, and at times, his speech was slow and labored.

I remember game threads where the subject of him sweating in cooler weather came up, and wondering what was causing it.

I think Noles started an official position with the club almost immediately after retiring as a player.

Chooch was my first thought, but Utley makes sense as well.

Yeah, Noles has been employed by the Phillies for a long time now. I actually met him at a Clearwater Phillies game like 30 years ago, though I had no clue who he was. Matt Breen actually wrote an article about him just a couple days ago, which may not be a coincidence with the Halladay book and documentary coming out now.
