that would be Round 35 (#1050 overall) = Michael Prosecky, LHP, Nazareth Academy (IL) -- commitment to Louisville, not to be confused with the Hawaiian catcher who is reported to be signing.

Benedictine SS Jamari Baylor signed with the Philadelphia Phillies over the weekend, his coach said. The Phillies took him in the third round of the draft last week. He's the Richmond area's highest drafted high school baseball player since 2003.
