It depends on what the lie is hes confessing to. Is it, I figured out it was all my troll wife 10 days ago and feigned ignorance in public to buy time, or is it, I actually made all these posts and used my wife's phone for the accts. Former might be worth getting out there ASAP alo ng w wife mea culpa, latter shouldn't be said until he's looking for his next job post firing

Basically though the wife comes out, says it's all her, said it's her opinions based on Bryan secret discussions, AND says she needs to seek help for drinking and/or internet addiction problem (I don't expect this but could really diffuse the MSM), colangelo says he supports his wife and wants to keep it a private family matter, I think he's good to stick around. Is his wife willing 2 do that tho

Maybe if he played it differently, but don't think that will fly with how it was handled.

Perhaps the Sixers are actually trying to cover their collective butts. If the wife is this bat shit crazy, imagine what plans/details she gives up on the interwebs if the Sixers don't secure some sort of mutual agreement/severance?

"They like Paul George way more than Lebron"

"They're planning on a sign and trade of JJ Redick"

"Simmons still wears a diaper when he sleeps"

Thinking back on the seemingly (and still) bizarre things Bill Simmons said two weeks back about Embiid maybe not being back and Jay Wright taking over

Had to have his pizza

Alright, Pompey now has the firing down to a timetable, so this has gotta be happening:

The fate of 76ers president of basketball operations Bryan Colangelo is expected to be determined soon, and maybe even today.

Some league sources expect him to lose his job after a New York law firm hired by the team wraps up its investigation into allegations from a sports and pop culture website that Colangelo is connected to anonymous Twitter accounts, ones that have revealed sensitive team information and criticized players and coach Brett Brown.

They said that the Sixers ownership group prefers to fire employees on Friday evenings. The group, according to sources, considers Friday-evening firings less distracting because very few people will be the office Saturday when the former employee cleans out his belongings.

lol Pompey explaining why people get fired on Fridays.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

“I haven’t talked to one person inside or outside of the organization that is surprised by this,” said an NBA executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

he's right tho, people can only get news and get upset about it when they're in the office. otherwise, they're on their own time.
