Flyers always seem to do this and usually it works out. Their first round scouting is usually pretty damn good

Got it. I Was looking at The Hockey News rankings and they had him at 61. Not a big deal.

late birthday so he was too young for last year's draft, but too old to compete in the u-18s. didn't get much exposure as a result.

O'Brien is one of those guys who usually end up going to the Rags or Bruins- goes to a school in the northeast and colleges in the Boston area. These guys then become solid NHLers and give the Flyers a pain for years. I'm glad that both he and Farabee will be wearing orange and black instead.
