Update: the lease draft by the Raiders submitted today is absolutely nuts lol. They're asking for control and all revenue but not put anything towards cost of upkeep.

Also, the golf course in the bottom right of the pic I posted above is possibly going to become a parking lot for tailgating and etc with a walk over bridge to the stadium.

Stadium Board Authority is actually relieved because now more businesses in town will bid for the construction jobs. Lots of companies were burned by Adelson in other projects they were refusing to be apart of anything construction with the stadium.

Don't listen to what is said in the media. People have to keep their stature...

The relocation papers filed to the NFL week or so ago didn't involve Adelson nor did the lease draft proposal the Raiders sent in the other day.

No one seemed to notice then....he was already out the door.

Now there are reports that Goldman Sachs is reevaluating.
