well that was enjoyable - though I'm looking forward to watching the good guys score runs after the 3rd inning.

Lidge really has to be sharper than he's been of late- this is the brewers.

Just back from the game. I wanted to kill Lidge (if he three one more oh-so-predictable 55 foot slider on a 1-2 count I was going to scream), but good win. Keep it rolling tomorrow, and maybe we could get some hits next time.

During the game the game one of the announcers said Cole had retired 17 straight batters. It was only 14, right? Now the front page on ESPN says he retired 17 straight. He has everyone discombobulated.
