The last Summer League game ended. If I have this figured out, we're in a coin flip with the D-League Select team for #15/#16, with the winner getting Denver and the loser getting the Lakers. If they count OT as a quarter, then we're #16/#17 and get the D-League team

I wonder how many of those guys were 7 foot basketball players.

If he has an 80% chance of completely healing from the foot and a 90% chance of completely healing from the back and a 99% chance of getting completely healthy from other nagging injuries, that's only like a 71% chance of him not having health problems. Then you figure that those odds are from a vacuum while in reality one injury probably makes it less likely that he manages to fully rehab from it.

Disclaimer: all numbers pulled out of my ass. I'm also just dicking around with the pessimism.

Originally it was an east/west thing, now it's just the way it is. Vegas has much more money behind it, Orlando is just in the Magic's practice facility.

got the 16, play the Lakers tomorrow at 7:30. Winner plays the one-seed Bulls same time Thursday

If you live close I really recommend coming out here for the weekend and going all day the first weekend.
