I thought we'd be more interested in winning more games this year, but I guess I was delusional.

Looks like Noel will play 55 games, and maybe we'll pick up some garbage heap guys before the offseason is done, and we'll potentially be in a worse position than we were at the start of last year (based on relative youth of our young guys vs relative value of Big Spence and ET).

I'll speak definitively once the off season is over, but why at this point is the only place we can find young talented, market inefficient assets the draft and undrafted castoffs? Ed Davis just signed for a mil each. That's a good deal for a decent young player. There's no good deals to be had that don't dramatically affect our draft position but still make us more watchable and in a better position 2 years from now?

ed davis would have been a good dice roll, sure. anyone else in mind? i don't see a lot of interesting pieces floating around

id try to pick up a min salary 2 guard who is NBA caliber but other than that, idk

Embiid is definitely a good risk, although I do find his twittering worrisome, as it may be indicative of a lack of focus. TBF, at 19 I did a lot of gravity bongs out of dirty tubs so I'm not being judgmental, just selfish when it comes to my Sixers fix.

I'd have been cool with Davis, Bledsoe, Marion, JIMMER, VC, Jameer, probably some others...2 year deal...team options, etc.
