The more I think about it, the more I think I'd do 3, 10 &32 for Wiggins, Thompson & Waiters. You trade up from 3 to 1 and get two former #4's who, even if they have't quite lived up to being numbers 4 picks, are probably cumulatively better than what you'd get at 10 & 32. If Thompson were in this draft, he'd probably be ranked ahead of Gordon and Randle.

I'm at the point where I just want this thing to get done with because I'm tired of reading about trade speculation.

Embiid at three ya boi

I would do 3 and 10 for 1 and Waiters

1) Always liked Waiters in his Cuse days. Think he can improve on getting to the line with his skill set. Think Wiggins can handle the 3, and Waiters gives us an offensive minded player to go with Wigs, MCW, Noel. And the other guy I really want (Staus) don't think makes it to 10

2) Takes away the injury risk for risk of non-compatibility with Noel that comes with drafting Embiid. You know the guy you're getting is not broken

3) I've never been high on Exum as people know. Let some other team take that risk

NOTE: I would not do this if Embiid was healthy. But, here we are
