I'd do that. It's nice to draw a line in the sand, but when it comes down to it, if you think Wiggins is a franchise guy, you do it.

3, 10 and 32 is a different story because at that point, you're trading enough assets that you could develop into acquiring a proven superstar. That could be Exum, Saric, and whoever falls to 32. That's a lot to give up for, as much as I love Wiggins, an unproven commodity.

Well, yea, if you think Wiggins is a franchise guy. I just don't see anything substantive suggesting that any of these top four guys is really separated from the pack and all we're pretty sure of right now is that Parker won't be there at three.

Oh, hell. I do 3 & 32 in a heartbeat.

I dunno, I think there's going to be a good player at 32 and I like multiple guys that'll be there at 3. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not interested in Waiters, but I'd take Bennett.

Bennett is a lot more Hinkie-like: Very undervalued at the moment. Getting the last 2 #1 picks plus the pre-draft consensus #1 from last year has a nice feel to it.

it seems like too much but maybe Hinkie put it ran it through some crazy calc in SPSS and it tells him it's worth it, so whatever.

I would love Bennett, we would be cornering the market with Canadians. Maybe absorb Nash from LAL for some assets and then we're really cooking

if there is a guy they like around the end of the 1st or early 2nd they can easily trade/buy that pick

I'm game with taking Nash off the Lakers' hands (he's a yiddo).

I haven't seen my sister in 7 months and she's flying into town tonight. My family is all going to go out to dinner. I told them I'm not going. #nbadraft

I think GRIII is also going to be a very solid NBA player as a late first early second rounder. Beilein can't praise him enough about his unlimited potential and I trust that guy.

I'd do 3, 10 & 32 for Wiggins, Bennett and Waiters. Waiters would just be a stopgap, but if my other starting 4 are MCW, Wiggins, Bennett & Noel, I'm down with giving that a shot. Let them grow together.

Then if you could use Thad plus a second rounder or two to pry the #7 from the Lakers and take Nash off their hands, that would be a really successful evening IMO.

I don't know if they've given up on Bennett that quickly is the problem. Hard to admit a mistake (if he does indeed suck). Now Waiters I could see them cutting ties with because he has issues with Irving supposedly

Ughhhh Goodman just mocked Randle to us at #3. Said he's hearing he's in play if we keep it.

More likely Randle at 7 if we get it from Lakers.

You could be right, but 3, 10 & 32 is too much for Wiggins and Waiters. If they still believe in Bennett, maybe they propose Thompson instead. Don't know how I feel about that.
