Same here. I think the longest I ever looked for parking was about an hour at PHL garage because I had no choice to leave. Entered at Terminal B, ended up in one of the last two spots on the highest uncovered floor of A-West (international).
I have no reason to doubt what my friend said about the parking, and it could've just been an awful combination of traffic, construction, new hott exhibit and all the kids being off. Philly is her favorite city and she visits FI regularly, and she said she got to the museum at 11:30 and didn't get into the place until 2:00 (including a 30-minute wait for member bands/tickets), and had to reschedule her 12:30 tickets to 4pm
