yeah, that part is fun. the actual airport/flying stuff is the part that can really take a toll when you do it over and over

I get so cranky if people don't know how to get through security efficiently. was in Toronto a few weeks ago, and I don't know what the story was, but I kept my jacket, shoes & belt on through security.

yeah that is the worst. it isnt hard. put everything in your coat pockets take your coat off and put it in the bin. grab the bin at the end and walk somewhere else to get it all situated again. not hard!

I used to travel a lot at my old company and it was soul sucking at times. Although, I would travel back and forth to the same city for weeks and weeks and company policy allowed for us to have the hotel do our laundry. So I'd bring my clothes and what not down the first week and the have the hotel hold my luggage and send all of my dirty clothes to be laundered over the weekend and when I'd check back in Monday I'd pickup my bag and clean clothes. Made it a lot easier to just have to haul my laptop/carry on back and forth on the plane. At one point I had a box in storage at the embassy suites in Tampa with my Xbox, some booze, food and all of my toiletries

My new company does shorter trips like fly there on Tuesday and return on Thursday, which is better on the family life impacts since I'm only away for one full day, but it kind of sucks having to do the whole airport shuffle twice in three days.

Pennsylvania has a dubious distinction. The state contains the most individual census tracts – 1,100 in all – where at least 10 percent of childhood lead tests were elevated over the last decade. In 49 different tracts, from inner city Philadelphia to capital Harrisburg, at least 40 percent of children tested had high lead.

Those figures are disturbing – but not surprising – to health officials in the state.

that's horrific, especially when you consider the growing evidence that lead can cause violent tendencies and poor impulse control.
