The observation that people want change after eight years is pretty accurate.

George W. Bush's election was an exception. But after having an approval rating of 90 percent after Desert Storm, his rating melted away shockingly quickly. People wanted change and wanted it NOW. He was crushed in his re-election bid.

it appears now he wants to keep it but i thought they could use reconciliation to do it, i don't know. this article scared the crap out of me with what they want to do. prices are going to soar while lots of people lose coverage. what a combo!

Wow...I know Hillary still lost Georgia but I didn't realize until now that she won Cobb County outside Atlanta. My brother-in-law is from there and I have been there numerous times. It has always been super conservative, and was Newt Gingrich's district. Must be some Atlanta Dems moving out there, similar to the Philly suburbs, which have become more Democratic.
