I can't believe I'm writing this but -- for the good of the country and to remove at least one of the Republicans' obstructionist weapons -- Obama must pardon Hillary before he leaves office. I know the optics will be horrible, but we just can't have another 4 years (or more) of fishing expeditions.

Only then will our long national nightmare be over

It is disheartening people are not only duped by that stuff but reject actual, documented things that have happened or have been said by the person they support. I mean the watermark on the meme indicates it is from a website called UncleSamsMisguidedChildren.com, for goodness sake. How can you believe that yet refuse to believe that Trump is a misogynist after being presented with dozens upon dozens of literal quotes of the gross things he has said? I hate it. Reality doesn't even matter to these people. Facts are merely speed bumps.

Of course, but that wasn't the point. They're going to try to impeach her under any circumstances. The point is any criminal investigations would end.

hmm, i figured that you actually had to be convicted or at least indicted. i learned something today, thanks pals.

You'd have to think at some point the Republicans will pay a price at the polls for all this. It certainly happened in the 90s--the impeachment of Bill Clinton cost the Republicans.
