I think people need to think about Gore's scenario with an automatic recount versus making a personal judgement. I do not see it as semantics or as so simple. If the question is if you will accept a winner who is not you, and your answer is 'we will see', that is wholly different then 'If there is a recount trigger, will you concede'. The later is 'no clear winner', and the previous is preemptively declaring your intention to be a problem. By not saying the election is legitimate, because he cannot while chanting RIGGED, RIGGED, RIGGED, he almost forecasts that his maybe is a YES, and yes is the wrong answer.

Then he says that the online polls all say that he won.

He goes on to clarify that the debate was rigged and Hillary was given the questions to work from. $64,000 pyramid used as the playbook.
