Tapper: I think there are a lot of election experts that would have very strong disagreements with you.

Giuliani: Well, then they’ve never prosecuted election fraud .... I can’t sit here and tell you they don’t cheat, and I can tell you it’s because they control the polling stations … So they leave dead people on the rolls and pay people to have those dead people vote.

At best yet another half-truth from the Pubs. Even if we accept that there's any significant fraud outside of Chicago (which there isn't), elections are controlled by the states and the states which will decide the election are Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and PA, 3 out of 4 of which have Republican governors. If fraud decides this election, it will be because of fraud perpetrated under the auspices of Republicans.

McKay Coppins @mckaycoppins
Here it is. New poll has Utah a statistical dead heat:
Trump 30%
McMullin 29%
Clinton: 28%
Johnson 5%

Rasmussen caveat, but I really think McMullin is gonna win it. The CBS/YouGov poll over the weekend that had Trump up 17% didn't have McMullin as an option initially, you had to choose neither Trump nor Clinton to get the 3rd party people.

Mr. Kushner — an increasingly influential figure in the billionaire’s presidential campaign — contacted Aryeh Bourkoff, the founder and chief executive of LionTree, a boutique investment bank, within the past couple of months, according to three people with knowledge of the matter. ... The approach suggests Mr. Kushner and the Republican candidate himself are thinking about how to capitalise on the populist movement that has sprung up around their campaign in the event of an election defeat to Democrat Hillary Clinton next month.

yes, that's the only place he's campaigning. he's technically on the ballot in 11 states, though.

After a small dip at the end of last week Hillary is at her highest ever in 538 polls plus and polls only.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

GOP wanted to get the insurance money as a refund for spending money on those signs. Since its clear the NC is no longer a swing state for Trump.

Now send them to Utah and Alaska.

No I do not. I think that the GOP is in a heap of trouble and that the nastiness that is this rouge element has found a home and, with the current candidate, sanction in the party. I think that when this smoke clears that the party needs to clean house and get well. I believe that there are more people like Hoya that are disgusted with the situation then are truly committed to the direction things are headed. I see huge changes coming 2017 for the Grand Old Party, changes for the better.

The problem is that most of them have been crying "voter fraud" for years to pass voter suppression legislation, so they can't backtrack on it now. Their bluff has been called by the people they've been trying to scare for years.

Wow. A reasonable statement from Peter King?

What's next, Jeff Sessions admitting that liberals aren't promoting a war on Christianity?

a good part of that has to be trying to prop up the Senate candidates in those states.
