I thought they would have just used the quote out of context, but nope, they allow a big chunk of the clip to play including the part where she identifies the part of his base that she finds deplorable: the racists, the homophobes, etc. then IMMEDIATELY after identifying the voice over gal says "people like you, you and YOU"

so the ad is essentially Trump speaking to the racist part of his base and saying, "can you believe she called you racists deplorable?"
