Finally had my prelim hearing today for my dumbass .33 DUI. It apparently did help a lot that I did have no prior driving violations in my life. They did mention that my two underages that I had at 17 and 19 were still on my record and I could have requested to have had them expunged when I turned 21.

But basically the cop laid out $300 dollar fine, 6 months probation and a general impairment violation vs Highest level DUI, no loss of license to my lawyer and I just accepted. I think that was more than generous probably. Glad it's getting over and done with.
