Few years ago I went to take the trash out at night at my apartment. Opened the compactor door and a big raccoon is sitting on the other side and jumps out. Scared the shit out of me. Never took the trash out at night again after that.

I don't have raccoon problems. Bunnies seem to be a little out of control this year, but I can't honestly say I feel threatened.

Had a stray momma cat give birth to a litter of kittens on my back deck a few years ago. Heard a thumping sound on the deck ant there was a Racoon sniffing around. Chased it off the deck with a broom. Sumbitch went into the corner of the yard and stood there looking like a thug. I built a kewl fort for the kitties to live in. It was Racoon proof.

Story ended well. Kittens were all adopted out. Got momma cat fixed and found a no kill shelter for her. Hope she found a good home.

Thought that story wasn't going to have happy ending at first. Thankfully you lived to tell the story.

Another of nature's biggest dickheads are apparently cardinals. Had a nest of baby killdeer right outside of the porch(they are morons for not finding better spots) but came home one day and there was a couple of of cardinals in the nesting massacring it. It was actually pretty sickening.

I made nearly $400 in the last 2 days at the food cart. 8.5-9 total hours worked. Might need to change careers.

Food carts are pretty seasonal. But you're a weather man so you can make the weather real good for food carts. $40.00 an hour is not bad. Buy some Wal Mart stock.
