It was a tiny bugger so I had trouble grabbing it. I grew up with the bigger ticks that were pretty easy to remove. This one didn't seem to be there long. I check my lower legs every time I come out of the trail, so I think I would have seen it, though it was pretty damn small.

My mother once told me you can't use the same deodorant over and over again or it becomes less effective. That sounded like bs at the time. She probably had a coupon.

My friend had deodorant that fused his pores shut basically. He said it burned for the first few days cause he was trying to sweat but couldn't. But eventually he just didn't sweat from his pits again. Reapplied every 6 months or something and he really did never get sloppy sweaty again his last two years in college.

I sweat so much I ended up getting botox in my arm pits. insurance covered it bc my doc was cool and said I had Hyperhidrosis disorder. you basically just kill the sweat glands. it works for about 5 months or so. I didn't do it in the last couple years because my train commute is shorter and there's less opportunity for me to sweat.
