I guess maybe I'm too WASPy (even though I'm Catholic) but what on EARTH is he doing? It's a funeral for fuck's sake. He looks like an overgrown child.

Yeah, sure, he was always OK when you stuck him in front of a microphone with a set speech that he could practice however many times beforehand and then be told to read it and stick to the script.

It's good to be reminded of how awful he was every so often. Once in a while I think, "He couldn't have been that bad." And then you get him prancing around on stage like this.

He eventually gets Michelle to laugh, and Obama. I guess out of nervousness about not knowing what to do with the mental defective they have to stand there with, because neither she nor he nor Laura for that matter looked all that pleased for most of it. At least I hope that's why.

I would not have been laughing. Jesus dude. It's not a fucking show.

Some people suggested maybe he's back on the sauce, and honestly it looks that way. Holy mackeral.

He's just giddy because even he still can't believe he was leader of the free world for 8 years and the government is still paying him.

Speaking of being obsessed with the military wtf is the deal with MLB? Every year it gets worse and worse

I actually wrote the Phils about it one year. I forget if it was opening day or what, but there were military involved in pretty much all the extra festivities, from jets to paratroopers to a giant flag held by vets to a vet playing the national anthem, etc. They sent me a nice message back and I feel like there was less of that stuff the next year. It is annoying and disconcerting though. Sorry, but I don't want my daughter going to a game with all that stuff. I'm not saying there can't be some, but the overkill was oppressive. Lots of people and occupations should be honored, imo.

This is a really good reason to pick a latino VP. It might get them registered as dems, which might keep them as dems.

The military pays professional sports leagues/teams to do that stuff.

I think he's giddy because some black guy shot some cops and gave Trump a bump.

As much as I disliked Bush's policies, I will defend him here as it's rather evident that his whole family detests Trump and do not want to see him as president
